The short version: we collect only what we need to answer you, deliver engineering services, and run our programs. We never sell your personal information.

1. Who we are

Noble Licensing & Partner Services LLC ("Noble", "we", "us") operates noble-lps.com, the Noble Partnership and Licensing programs, our engineering services, and the Noble mobile app for partners. You can reach us anytime at engineering@noble-pi.com or (832) 210-1397.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form & correspondence: your name, email, phone number (optional), the program you're interested in, and your message, plus anything you share when you call, text, or email us.
• Program onboarding: your company details, services, and the states you serve when you apply to partner or license with us.
• Mobile app submissions: the project data partners submit for engineering evaluations, such as property addresses, photos, measurements, and notes. If the app requests camera or photo access, it is used only to attach project photos to your submissions.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data: pages viewed, links clicked, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected by the analytics tags described below.

3. How we use your information

• Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes, reports, and support.
• Deliver our services, including licensed engineers reviewing the data you submit to complete evaluations.
• Onboard and administer Partnership and Licensing accounts.
• Understand how the site and app are used so we can improve them.
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
• Meet legal, safety, and record-keeping obligations.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of third-party tags on this website:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): counts page views and tells us when someone contacts us after seeing an ad.
• Google Ads tag: measures ad conversions (for example, visits to our thank-you page after a form submission).
• Contentsquare: session analytics that show how visitors use the site, so we can fix friction and improve it.

You can limit these any time: adjust your Meta ad preferences, your Google Ads Settings, or block cookies and third-party scripts in your browser. Blocking them won't affect how the site works for you.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, and only for the purposes above:

• Resend: delivers the emails our contact form sends.
• Vercel: hosts this website.
• Meta, Google, and Contentsquare: the analytics tags described above.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: distribute the Noble mobile app under their own privacy policies.

Within Noble, only the staff and licensed engineers who need your information to do their work can access it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect rights and safety. Note that the advertising tags above may count as "sharing" under some state privacy laws; you can opt out of them as described in section 4.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to work with you, deliver our services, and meet legal and record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we're required to keep it.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to submitted information is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and only collect what we need.

8. Your rights & choices

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information: email engineering@noble-pi.com and we'll take care of it.
• Opt out of analytics & ad tracking: use the controls in section 4.
• Texts & calls: if you text or call us, we use your number only to respond and work with you. Reply STOP to end text conversations at any time.

Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights. We will honor them without discriminating against you for exercising them.

9. Children's privacy

Our website, programs, and app are business services and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will be called out on this page.
